Product Management

When you click on ‘Products’ from your dashboard, you will be redirected to a page displaying a complete list of your products.

From this page, you can efficiently manage your products, make edits, add new items, and search for specific products.

Product Details

This section provides an overview of the essential details about your product. It includes the product name, its price, the current stock level, the type of the product, and the status of the product. This information helps you quickly assess the performance and status of your products at a glance.

You can manage your product directly from this section by previewing the product, editing its details, deleting it from the catalog, or deactivating it as needed.

Editing a Product

When you click on ‘Edit,’ you will be taken to a dedicated product editing page. This page allows you to update various aspects of your product, including changing the price, adding or replacing images, revising the product description, and modifying other details as needed to ensure your product listing is accurate and up-to-date.

By clicking on ‘Save Product,’ your changes will be saved and immediately reflected in the product listing.

Deleting a Product

When you click on ‘Delete Product,’ a confirmation popup will appear to verify that you wish to permanently delete the product. Once you click ‘Yes’ the product will be permanently removed from your store.

Product Status

Once a product is added and approved by the moderators, it is automatically activated. However, if needed, you can deactivate it by clicking on ‘Deactivate.’ A confirmation popup will appear to verify your decision. Upon clicking ‘Yes’ the status of your product will be updated accordingly.

Search Product

You can easily search for your products by entering the product name in the search bar. Additionally, you can refine your search using filters, such as ‘Approved,’ ‘Pending,’ ‘Rejected,’ and others, to quickly locate specific items based on their status.

Additionally, you can select all or specific products and perform actions such as deleting them or changing their statuses in bulk.

Add Product

By clicking on ‘Add Product,’ you will be directed to a form where you can enter the details of your new product. Click on the link below to follow a step-by-step guide on how to add a product to your catalog.
