Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the period between when a customer places an order and when it is prepared for shipment. As a seller, orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after receipt. This includes verifying payment, packing, and preparing the items for shipping. However, processing times may be impacted by factors such as order volume, item availability, custom orders, or the shipping method selected. During high-volume periods like holidays or sales events, processing times may take longer. It’s important to communicate any delays to customers and set realistic expectations, especially during busy times.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Our platform offers two simple shipping options for sellers: free shipping and Custom shipping. With free shipping, we cover the delivery cost, offering customers a smooth, cost-free experience. With Custom Shipping, a seller can create a personalized shipping profile based on their own preferences. This allows the seller to set fixed rates, define delivery regions, or apply specific charges according to their chosen criteria, ensuring flexibility and control over how shipping costs are managed for their products. These options allow sellers to provide reliable and straightforward delivery choices to their customers.

Returns and Exchanges

As a seller, it’s important to have a clear Returns and Exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and packaging. For defective or incorrect items, exchanges are offered for the same product, or a refund if the item is out of stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, in which case we cover the shipping. Shipping Profiles

By clicking on “Shipping Profiles,” you will be directed to a page where you can select from pre-made shipping profiles, such as the General Shipping option. Alternatively, you have the flexibility to create your own Custom Shipping profile tailored to your specific needs. This allows you to offer the best shipping options for your business and customers.

Create Shipping Profile

When you click on “Create Custom Shipping Profile,” a form will appear where you can enter all the required details. Start by setting a name for your shipping profile and adding the location from where you will ship your orders.

Next, create your shipping zones by naming them and selecting one or multiple regions to include in each zone. When the zones are created, click on Update.

Once the zones are created, you can customize them according to your preference. You can either offer Free Shipping by selecting “Free” and choosing the delivery days from the dropdown, or choose Fixed or Flexible Shipping by clicking “Set.”

A pop-up window will then appear, allowing you to decide whether to set shipping prices based on the number of items or the weight of the products. After choosing your pricing method, fill in the required details such as shipping rates, any additional rate, and expected delivery days. Finally, click “Update” to save your shipping profile. Your custom shipping profile will now be ready for use.

Edit Shipping Profile

When you click “Edit,” you’ll be redirected to the profile page, where you can easily review and modify your shipping settings. Make any necessary adjustments, such as updating rates, delivery days, or zones, and then click “Save Profile” to apply and update your custom shipping profile successfully.
